SloPitch tournament ends 2018 season

Ball, including slo-pitch, has exploded in Saugeen Shores.

Both women and men’s slo-pitch teams took to every diamond in Saugeen Shores for the end-of-season tournament over the weekend (August 24 – 27).

There were 47 teams competing and, with limited diamonds, two of the women’s teams had to travel to Tiverton to play.

The men’s teams that came out on top in their divisions were the Blue Sox and the Titans while the ladies’ team, Lakeshore Recreation Centre’s the Pines, came out on top in their division.
