Sunday, April 9th, is Vimy Ridge Day in Canada
The Southampton Legion will be lowering its flag at sunrise to half-mast to commemorate the deaths and casualties of members of the Canadian Corps in the Battle of Vimy Ridge, which took place during the First World War.
The Battle of Vimy Ridge: Today, April 9th, is a time to remember
The flag will again be raised to full-mast at sunset.
