According to owner Keith Turney, they are trying to complete the work racing against the changes that can occur with Fall weather.  Two coats of blue will be applied following the grey primer.  Once the painting is complete, lettering will be stencilled in white and then the entire tower will be protected with a clear-coat.  The entire project has been painted by hand with rollers.  “We hope to have the entire project completed by November but it is definitely weather dependent.  Once completed though, it will last for some 25 years.”

In addition, the company is also completing work on the inside.
