Students of Sacred Heart High School (SHHS) and Walkerton District Community School (WDCS) joined thousands of high school students who walked out of class on Thursday (Apr. 4/19) to protest the Province’s proposed changed to education.
Among the issues that students are protesting are increases to class sizes, forced on-line courses and potential losses to programming.
Most of the student protests that took place across the province were organized through social media.
