Three Sheets Brewing facility is now officially open.
Owner Jeff Carver with partners Cynthia Auer and Curt Thomas, celebrated the official opening on June 30th (2022) with guests including Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson, Saugeen Shores Mayor Luke Charbonneau along with several Councillors, and representing MP Ben Lobb, his constituency manager, Pat O’Connor.
The new facility (beside Independent Grocer on Goderich St. (Hwy.21) is now open to the public and offers something a little different. Adjacent to the Brewery are a number of take-out eateries with a wide variety of foods that include Mexican, Asian and Italian. You can now pick up your choice of food, take it next door to the Brewery and enjoy a beer with your meal on the large customer picnic patio at the rear of the facility.
The many varieties of beer are already available throughout the region from Saugeen Golf Club to as far away as Harley’s in Mildmay (ON). The flagship retail outlet for the brewed beverages is at the Wismer House on Goderich Street in Port Elgin where, not only are the beer varieties available for take-out, but there is also a wide selection of Three Sheets merchandise from T-shirts to glasses bearing the 3Sheets logo and much more.
For Carver, Three Sheets has become a passion. He recently acquired his deceased father’s motorcycle and has made it a one-of-a-kind. The Harley Sportster is now in the 3Sheets colours with the logo emblazoned on it in subtle ways including on the gas tank and with the use of simulated beer can and bottle caps.
The Brewery is open Monday – Sunday 12:00 noon – 8:00 p.m.
