Tim Hortons Camp Day in Saugeen Shores was highly successful.
Between the three Tim Hortons’ stores, $6,342 was raised through drive-thru change donations, silent auction, donations and bracelet sales. The total EXCLUDES coffee sales.
“We want to thank all the volunteers, contributing businesses and our generous community,” Southampton Tim Hortons event organizer, Mary Halbert. “The Tim Hortons’ Children’s Foundation makes changes in children’s lives and we are so happy to be part of that. Our community always steps up in support of this great program.”
Doug Lein, (ret’d Constable) spent many years at the Southampton drive-through on his time off to volunteer for Camp day. This year, due to medical reasons, he did not participate but was out in support.
