On November 24, 2024, at approximately 3:51 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision along Bruce Road 11 in the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.
On arrival, officers located a single vehicle in the ditch.
The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the driver who was placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment.
A 35-year-old female of Arran-Elderslie was charged with:
- Refusal to comply with demand, CC 320.15(1)
- Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on December 11, 2024.
