2021 begins a new year and, with it, the first legal cannabis store in Saugeen Shores is now OPEN to service the entire region.
Budzz Pot Shoppe is a family affair. When Sue Dagnall retired as the former owner of the create-your-own wine store in Port Elgin, she didn’t expect her retirement to be short-lived. However, she and her family have now turned to a new family business endeavour – Budzz Pot Shoppe.
With husband Kevin, brother-in-law Tim and son Mike, the Dagnalls have forged together to create a new business, along with a ‘Dagnall’ nephew in the Maritimes who created their new website.
Although the inside is not yet open to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions, Budzz Pot Shoppe is ready with modern and safe interior.

“Above is our sales area we have dubbed “Charlotte’s Corner” in honour of Charlotte Figi, who’s CBD treatment for seizures led the way in getting cannabis legalized,” says Sue Dagnall. “CBD, Edibles, Drinks, Capsules, Sprays and Topical creams are all available.”
Located at 5026 Hwy. 21 at the south end of Port Elgin beside Tiny’s Motorcycle Repair Shop, Budzz Pot Shoppe is open seven days a week.
Customers can now order on-line with curb-side pick-up or have orders of over $50 delivered FREE in Port Elgin and Southampton.
