On Saturday, April 22nd, Southampton Rotary Club held its annual ‘Shred ‘n’ Go’ at the Rotary Hall in Southampton.
Approximately 300 cars lined up throughout the morning bringing boxes filled with documents waiting to be confidentially shredded, an important service as identity theft becomes more prevalent.
The cost was by donation, although $10 per banker’s box was suggested. “We are very appreciative that most people donated far more than the suggested amount as they know that proceeds go to Rotary projects in the community,” said President Susan McDonald.
