Beaver Valley Ski Club in Collingwood has reported that one of its members has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and was at the Club on March 7th and 8th.
As of today, two member families are being tested with unknown results as yet.
The Club is closed as of today.
Yesterday, March 13th, the member tested positive and, according to Public Health, could have transmitted the virus the previous weekend.
Anyone at the club on March 7th and 8th should self-monitor for symptoms and practice health precautions that include frequent hand washing.
