The annual Bruce County Museum beer tasting is a popular community event that gives craft breweries the opportunity to reach out with their unique products.
On Friday (Sept. 27), Meag Durkin of Grey Matter Beer Company of Kincardine brought the company’s unique flavoured brews to a sold-out audience.
Durkin a Brewmaster from Niagara College began as Head Brewer at the Perth Brewery before movng on to Arts & Science Brewing at Producer Brewer in 2016. Then, in 2017, she became a co-founder of Grey MAtter Beer Company in 2017.
The Museum event, ‘Brews & Bites’ was sponsored by Meridian Credit Union, a community-minded institution, and also featured complementary dishes by the Elk and Finch of Southampton.
