The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre, in partnership with the Legacy of Hope Foundation, Saugeen Ojibway Nation (SON), Saugeen Advocacy for Healing, and Grey Bruce Health Services (now Brightshores Health System) is pleased to bring the Youth on Reconciliation exhibition to the community from September 18th – November 30th.
Featuring artwork and poems by winners of the first ‘Imagine a Canada’ competition (March 2016), this exhibition explores the concept of Reconciliation through artistic expression and what that means to youth in Canada.
Youth on Reconciliation: Youth artwork submissions are also being accepted until September 14th.
Please submit your artworks to the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre with your name and phone number by September 14. All entrants will be included in a draw to win a Nintendo Switch Lite!
Participants are asked to fill out a media release form for submission along with their artwork, which can be downloaded and printed out in advance [Media Release Form PDF Download] and printed forms will also be available at the Museum’s front desk.
