Welcome to Canada Day! There will be lots to celebrate when the fireworks in Southampton begin at dusk.
Before that however, no need to worry about supper when the Rotary Club of Saugeen Shores holds its annul BBQ and, this year, also offers pizza, starting at 4:00 p.m.
Southampton Rotary Club will also be offering up its freshly popped delicious popcorn beginning at 3:00 p.m. and will also be out with their buckets collecting donations that go toward helping make the fireworks a free family event.
The music is sure to energize when Something’s Flying’ rocks on, followed by the Southampton Concert Band and then the ever-popular ‘Get Back Beatles Tribute’ band.
Bring your lawn chair, sit back and enjoy the Canada Day celebration in Southampton (Saugeen Shores) at the foot of the giant flag on the shore of Lake Huron.
