Escarpment Roots Summer Exhibit – Closing Reception

Join us for a last chance to view the summer exhibit Escarpment Roots: The Land, The People, The Story!

During this free-to-attend closing reception from 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., enjoy a cash bar and light refreshments while mingling with Bruce Peninsula Society of Artists (BPSA) who have pieces included in this juried show.

For BPSA artists, the escarpment is not just a place to live, it’s a place to create and serves as a major source of inspiration. The escarpment spans highly populated areas, to rural villages and farms, and rugged isolated forests. Its history is the varied history of the Indigenous peoples, ancient cedars, settlement, farming, industry and parklands.

Closing remarks begin at 2:00 PM and a much-anticipated award for People’s Choice artwork will be presented! Pieces from the collection are available for purchase.
