Freshest ‘Farm to Table’ fundraiser

It doesn’t get any fresher than this.  Farm to Table is back with the 3rd annual outdoor culinary experience!

This year, the event takes place at Hi-Berry Farm, on September 15th, where it will literally be from Farm to Table with the highest quality produce grown and found anywhere and prepared by Ristorante Rosina Executive Chief Randy Felker.

The event is limited to 100 seats and all proceeds are in support of the Saugeen Shores outdoor sports complex.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour (one drink ticket included) at 6:15 p.m. with charcuterie and music.  Cash bar service will be provided by The Wismer House and several other local breweries (age of majority event).

Then, at 7:00 p.m. it’s time take your seat for a multi-course Bruce County beef ‘inspired’ dinner that is topped off with decadently delicious desserts by Offshore Bakery and coffee and tea from Rabbit Dash.

To make things even easier, there are shuttle services provided from Public Libraries in Port Elgin and Southampton at 5:45 p.m. (subject to change) with return service at 11:00 p.m. For those who want to drive however, there is ample parking.

With a multi-course dinner, live music throughout the evening and the freshest possible foods, this is sure to be an evening to be remembered at only $125 per person (tax. incl.) and all for a good cause.

Remember, seating is limited to 100, and tickets are available at Cathy’s Flowers N Treasures in Port Elgin and the Port Elgin Farmers Market at Cathy’s booth and also at Hi-Berry Farm.
