Friday is going to be an even bigger day than the first at the Golf Fest at Saugeen Golf Club.
Round two is set for Friday with tee times starting at 7:30am and 12:30pm. Admission is free to walk around and watch the golfers.
Also on Friday, Golf Fest fun continues in the Coors Light Gardens. From 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., enjoy interactive games including a golf simulator, bucket golf, disc golf, the Port Elgin Chrysler Hole in One, beat the pro, food and beverages, a silent auction, plus live entertainment on the Bruce Power stage.
Then, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the Canadian Big Band will entertain. You can purchase an event ticket for the big band for $25. Or you can purchase a for Golf Fest for $50 for non-members, $30 for members, $15 per daily pass, and free for children 16 and under, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
From walking the course to watch the top senior golfers play to entertainment, silent and live auctions and the Canadian Big Band Celebration weekend beginning in the big-top tent, it’s sure to be a fun time all ’round.
