The Lake Huron Coastal Centre (LHCC) is thrilled to announce that the Coastal Conservation Youth Corps will continue to make a positive impact this summer, thanks to the generous support of the Goderich Lions Club. The Coastal Conservation Youth Corps is an immersive program designed to engage youth in hands-on conservation efforts along Lake Huron. Participants gain a deep understanding of the importance of environmental conservation through activities such as dune restoration, shoreline clean-ups, and educational workshops. CCYC not only fosters environmental awareness but also empowers young participants to become future leaders in conservation.
