This Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. the United Way Bruce-Grey and the Southampton Rotary Club are sponsoring the Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) event again in Saugeen Shores.
This family friendly walk (2 & 5 k) beginning at the Lakeshore Recreation Centre invites participants to form teams, fundraise and/or donate to help fight hurt, hunger and homelessness in our community and the surrounding area.
Last year, we raised over $60,000 which went to area foodbanks, Family Y Housing, and Canadian Mental Health Grey Bruce. Unfortunately, this year, we are at less than 50% of our goal with only 3 days left.
