Help the Town finish the water towers – make your voice heard

With a fresh coat of paint on the Southampton water tower and a brand new tower in Port Elgin, the Town has two blank canvases ready for logos. Now the question is, how should the water towers be finished? The Town of Saugeen Shores is leaving this decision up to its residents.

The Town is running an online poll until Friday, April 23 to let residents decide what logo should be painted on the water towers.

“This contest is a fun way to involve the community in choosing the logos,” says Mayor Luke Charbonneau. “What you paint on a water tower should reflect the community, so who better to choose the logo than the residents themselves.”

There are three designs options to choose from, each with a Port Elgin and Southampton option. The preferred design will be announced at Saugeen Shores Council and online before being painted on the towers.
