The historic Invermay Bridge, located on Concession Road 6 in Arran Elderslie, west of Mill Road, has been closed to vehicles and pedestrians for the winter season.
This closure took effect on Friday, November 13th and will continue to approximately Thursday, April 15, 2021.
The Invermay Bridge closes each winter due to load limits that will not support snow clearing equipment. Signage and barricades are in place and alternate routes are available.
The County of Bruce thanks residents for their understanding and for continuing to drive with caution on Bruce County roads during the winter season.
