Legion annual Public Speaking Competition winners chosen

Port Elgin Legion Branch 340 hosted its annual Public Speaking Competition on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

The competition encourages students from grades one through nine to create and present on a wide variety of topics and is part of the Legion’s Youth and Education programming.

The first place winners in each of the three categories now move on to the Zone Level competition that will be held on Saturday, March 25th.
