Jerry Woods, the WalMart ‘Shining Star People Greeter of the Year’ in Port Elgin, recently returned from London (ON) where he was presented with a trophy.
Woods learned that he was unanimously chosen as a District Greeter of the Year in February.
“I’m overwhelmed by the generosity of our customers who have been so encouraging over this recognition,” said Woods. “Now, in my retirement, I feel fortunate in having found something where I look forward to coming in every day.
As I’ve said before, this has been an incredible experience.”
