Neoen is hosting a community meeting to present an update on the proposed battery storage facility.
If the facility moves forward, it will be located south of Port Elgin and will connect to Hydro One’s existing transmission line.
The community meeting will be held on August 13 in the Powerlink Loft on Goderich Street in Port Elgin, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. followed by a presentation by Neoen staff and technical experts at 6:00 p.m.
