The annual Saugeen Shores Tree Sale will take place once again this spring. Residents of the municipality can order trees online through the Town of Saugeen Shores website from April 1 to April 16. The subsidized program is hosted by Trees for Saugeen with funding from the Town of Saugeen Shores, Bruce Power and Everest Nurseries.
“Every year this tree sale is a wonderful reminder of the importance of trees in our community,” said Mayor Luke Charbonneau. “It’s a great opportunity to beautify your property, help the environment and leave something behind for future generations all at a subsidized cost.”
The Saugeen Shores Tree Sale is working with Everest Nurseries and Trees for Saugeen volunteers to offer delivery to all residents who purchase trees. Trees will be delivered starting as early as April 23.
