Yesterday afternoon, April 22nd, athletes accepted a donation cheque $500 from the Paisley Legion. Donations help enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports.
Three athletes Ray, Carly and April will be representing Team Ontario at National Games in Medicine Hat, Alberta in August, in the sport of Bocce. We wish them success, memories and fun.
“We thank Paisley President, Glen Hanley, and Legion members for their generosity and making a difference of inclusion and having a meaningful impact for these athletes,” said coach Cheryl Smethurst.
