Welcome to 2026.
It is looking like 2026 will be a good year for the Royal Canadian Legion. As you may know this is our Centenary year for our organization.
There are two events going on presently.
1. Everyone who pays their 2026 dues will have a chance of winning a 2026 Ford F 150 truck. Dominion Command is running the draw as a way of giving back to our members. If you know anyone who has not paid their dues yet, let them know of the draw.
2. Any new members coming into our organization will have their first year membership free. As we celebrate our 100th year we are interested in getting people in to see what our organization is all about. Join us in welcoming new members to our branch with a friendly hello.
Exciting news, a new chair lift is being installed continuing our commitment to improved accessibility for our membership. Installation will start on February 4th and the lift will be out of service for approximately two weeks for testing and safety audit.
For all of our members, I wish you health and happiness in the future. Come in out of the cold into the branch and join your friends for a good time.
We will remember them.
