Raptor time at Jurassic Park

Green Street was closed to traffic

It was Raptor time at Saugeen Shores Jurassic Park (a.k.a. Coulter Parkette) in Port Elgin as the biggest NBA basketball game was about to tip-off and local fans turned out to watch.

Port Elgin BIA and Social Athletics of Saugeen Shores (SASS) co-hosted the large screen game viewing, complete with complementary popcorn.  The only prerequisite was to bring your own ‘lawn chair’.  Green Street was closed to traffic and fans of all ages crowded into the area to watch the nailbiter game.

Toronto Raptors faced off against the Golden State Warriors in a history making series that saw a Canadian team, for the first time in NBA history, to make it to the finals and all of Canada are getting behind them.
