Opening day at Lamont Sports Park on June 24th (2023) saw hundreds of people in attendance.
Thanks to the Rotary of Saugeen Shores Club, no one had to hungry as the Club provided both a delicious pancake and sausage breakfast as well as a BBQ lunch.
The day began at 8:00 a.m. and ended at 2:30 p.m. for the Rotary volunteers – a long day at the grill but one that the Rotary club is familiar with.
“This is an exciting day for the community,” said President Pat O’Connor, “and we are only too happy and proud to be part of it.”
