When it comes to Special Olympics, Saugeen Shores’ athletes continue to excel.
At the recent Provincial Games held in Brantford, seven local athletes participated in three events – Bocce Ball, Golf and Track & Field.

Bocce Ball; Ray Tomlinson, Jeremy Kranenburg, Carly Underwood & April Virtue
Nine medals were won overall … five Gold and four Bronze.
