Despite a cold, blustery day that started with snow, Saugeen Shores Special Olympians, coaches and family were out on Saturday (Apr. 20th) taking part in a pre-Earth Day Spring clean-up.
They were at the Southampton Boat Launch on the Saugeen River where they cut and piled dead trees and brush and gave the fish-cleaning station a thorough cleaning.

Once the work was all done, the crew enjoyed an outdoor BBQ of hamburgers and hot dogs.
