On June 13th, Saugeen District Senior School (SDSS) students received numerous awards at the Annual Awards Ceremony.
The Ceremony began with awards to students who best represented the Indigenous Seven Grandfather Teachings: Wisdom (Veronica Tedford), Love (Mary Jane McCormack), Respect (Lloyd D’Atri), Bravery (Zackary Bressette), Honesty (Jack Van Geel), Humility (Owen Shields) and Truth (Azel Garside).
From Science to Music, Math to Technology, Visual Arts to Canadian and World Studies, and many more, students were recognized for their many achievements and were presented with certificates from their teachers.
