On March 22nd 2023 Saugeen Shores Police Criminal Investigations Branch along with uniform members of the Saugeen Shores Police executed a search warrant at a residence on Arlington Street.
As a result of this warrant a 38-year-old man of Saugeen Shores has been charged with the following offences : Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of Trafficking x 3, Possession of a Prohibited Device, Possession of Weapons for dangerous Purpose, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Failure to Comply with Release Order. He was held at the Saugeen Shores Police Station pending a Bail Hearing and was subsequently remanded into custody.
A female who was located in the residence was also arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance. She was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
History: On January 21st 2022 the same male was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x3 and Traffic in Controlled Substance x3. He was held for bail at that time. He was released by the courts on February 8th 2022 and placed on a Release Order with several conditions.
All charges are still before the courts.
