Sunday Concerts at Fairy Lake in Southampton and the McGrath Pavilion at Port Elgin Main Beach continue to entertain residents and visitors throughout the summer.
The crowd relaxed in their lawn chairs at Sunday’s Fairy Lake concert on January 20th when Bobby Scongack and his band entertained.
Toes were tapping and some people were even up dancing as the band played familiar tunes in addition to original pieces.
Sunday’s concert was sponsored by Elgin Lodge Retirement Home (Port Elgin) and Anne Marie Collins, Marketing Director was on hand keeping everyone hydrated by handing out bottles of water.
The Summer Concert series continues through to the end of August, weather permitting from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Southampton’s Fairy Lake and Port Elgin’s McGrath Pavilion.
