When it comes to adult activities, winter doesn’t stop the members of the Chantry Centre 50+ in Southampton.
Starting off the month of March, members sled their way on snow-packed trails on a horse-drawn sleigh and cutter. While wearing warm winter clothes, they were also encouraged to bring along a warm winter blanket.
At Dual Acres in Shallow Lake, before they headed out, they enjoyed hot beverages along with cookies and snacks to keep them toasty warm for the 40 minutes ride through the snowy countryside.
It was one of the many day-trips that members had the opportunity to enjoy with the Chantry Centre 50+.
