The one thing that classic car owners always want is … perfect weather, and at the 38th annual Pumpkinfest Cinderella Car Show on Saturday, September 30th, that’s exactly what they got.
The unusually warm and sunny weather drew thousands to Port Elgin where approximately 800 vehicles lined the streets. Car enthusiasts, and families who simply took advantage of the weather, strolled the main street where many could also enjoy lunch at one of the service clubs’ BBQs or stop for a cold beverage at one of the restaurants.

Many car owners, who come from far and wide, make the trek annually to Pumpkinfest where they socialize and catch up with old friends until next year’s event.
While the car show draws the interest of mostly adults, it’s the midway where the young gravitate to and the games for the even younger set.
