Advertising on the Zamboni looks like a snorting bull is travelling the ice and is sponsored by the Bruce County Beef Farmers; a fun nod to this rural village being in the heart of “Cattle Country”.

Locals and visitors are encouraged to stop in to visit the library and take in a hockey game to catch a glimpse of the Zamboni Bull. It’s as unique as this small town!

The second floor of the Community Centre was made more accessible with a new elevator.

The Paisley Branch of the Bruce County Public Library also moved into this bright and welcoming space and a refreshed community hall is now available for bookings.

The Arran-Elderslie Ice Dogs and their competition are happy to have new rubberized flooring throughout the arena including the washrooms.

The front of the building sports professional gardens and the Paisley Artscape Society has added a street piano and sculptures for the summer months including the popular “Saugie” monster.

Mayor Steve Hammell says, “I am thrilled our community will have access to this beautiful accessible space.

Community Centres are hubs that bring community members together and support the well-being of our residents.”

The Paisley Community Centre and Memorial Arena is open daily in the winter months.
