Bruce County Museum = a New Year with Renewal Exhibit

Approaching the new year, many of us begin thinking about resolutions — slowing down, trying something new, or seeing the world with a renewed perspective. Start the year inspired with Renewal, a new exhibition at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre that explores change and renewal through contemporary textile and fibre art.

Exhibit Opening
Saturday, January 10 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
FREE to attend; All are welcome!
Guests are asked to RSVP online or by calling (519) 797-2080.

‘Renewal’ features 33 works of fine textile and fibre art assembled by Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA). Through innovative techniques and materials, the exhibition offers thoughtful perspectives on the hopes and challenges we experience with renewal, celebrating change through colour, texture, and form.

In additional there will be a guided walk-through of Renewal, led by local SAQA artists Theresa Stafford and Renewal artist, Heather Bennett. This in-person tour offers an insider’s look at the materials, techniques, and creative inspirations behind the exhibition’s dynamic works.
