Irene Mary Wilson, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully. She is predeceased by her husband, George Wilson. Survived by daughters, Shannon Crittenden (Jim) and Bridget Wilson (Kevin); grandchildren, Wilson (Siobhan) and Jackson Crittenden; and her sister, Sharon (Barney). She was predeceased by her brothers, Leo and Vern.
A dedicated nurse for over 40 years, Irene specialized in geriatric care in Montreal and
Toronto, caring for patients—especially veterans—with compassion and respect.
Irene’s passions included gardening, volunteering in the Southampton community, skiing, golfing, and rug hooking. She was known for her energy, her love of music and dance, and her vibrant sense of style.
Irene’s loving spirit and infectious energy enriched the lives of everyone around her, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
