

After 15 years of exemplary service to Port Elgin Legion branch 340 and the community, Secretary-Treasurer, Norma Dudgeon is retiring.
She is leaving big shoes to fill and we are looking for that right person to join the Port Elgin Legion branch team.
to help support the branch in its objectives.
As the backbone of branch operations, the successful candidate will handle bookkeeping (ie. Sage/QuickBooks/Excel), payroll, and compliance while ensuring the facility runs smoothly for Veterans, members and the public.

Location: Downtown Port Elgin
630 Green Street
Hours: Part-time (variable and flexible)
Start Date: Mid-April 2026 (support training provided)
Reports to: President
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of AGCO (liquor/gaming)/non-profit regulations = major plus!
A collaborative, professional, and dependable attitude.
