The Saugeen Shores Hall of Fame Committee has arrived at its selection of 2026 Inductees who will be recognized on June 3rd at the annual Gala.
This year’s (2026) Inductees are:
Builders Category – G. William (Bill) Streeter
Athlete – Launa Smith
Athlete Jeff Virgo
Athletes – Joe, Rick and Peter Ens
The gala evening, in Rotary Hall at the PLEX, includes a half-hour social beginning at 6:00 P.M. followed by a roast beef dinner and decadent desserts. The Silent Auction will be open.
The Inductees will then present their keynote addresses following which, guests are invited to view the new Hall of Fame location at the PLEX.
Tickets are $50 (cash only) and are available at Lakeshore Recreation and Ralph’s in Port Elgin and South Mini Mart in Southampton.
Ticket sales will end however, on Monday May 25th.
