June is Pride Month in Ontario and, in Kincardine (Bruce County), that means it’s time for the Pride Parade.
Held on June 20th in ideal weather, the parade, although smaller in numbers this year, began at 11:00 a.m. and was no less enthusiastic than in the past.
The parade wound its way through downtown Kincardine to Victoria Park where the celebration continued with fun activities, many vendor booths, food and entertainment throughout the afternoon.
