TenThirtyFive Grey Bruce is a grassroots charity with a powerful mission: building confidence, dignity, and self-worth in vulnerable youth and women through mentorship, support, and fashion. Working alongside more than 30 community partners, the organization responds to the growing needs of individuals throughout Grey Bruce, particularly vulnerable youth, women, and members of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

At the heart of TenThirtyFive’s work is its voucher recipient program, operated through its upscale thrift clothing boutique in Hepworth. Through referrals from community agencies, vulnerable youth and women are invited to shop free of charge up to four times each year. Each participant receives up to $150 worth of quality donated clothing, shoes, and accessories, as well as new undergarments, socks, toiletries, and personal care items purchased directly by the organization.

Today, 125 women and youth are enrolled in the program, and that number continues to grow rapidly as community needs increase.

While thrift boutique sales to the publicΒ help offset operational expenses, TenThirtyFive Grey Bruce relies heavily on donations and community support to sustain and expand its services. Rising costs and increasing demand make it challenging to consistently provide essential personal care items and supports to everyone who needs them.

The $40,000 donation from 100 Women Who Care Grey Bruce will help ensure that vulnerable youth and women continue to receive the clothing, personal care items, encouragement, and support they need to move forward with confidence. Beyond meeting immediate needs, this investment will help restore dignity, rebuild self-esteem, and create opportunities for individuals to feel seen, valued, and empowered.

This donation demonstrates the remarkable impact that can be achieved when women come together with a shared purpose. The members of 100 Women Who Care are honoured to support the life-changing work of TenThirtyFive Grey Bruce and the positive difference they make every day in our community.

100 Women Who Care Grey Bruce continues to welcome new members who are passionate about local philanthropy and community impact. By joining this collective giving circle, members have the opportunity to contribute to significant charitable donations four times each year and help strengthen the organizations that make Grey and Bruce Counties a better place to live.
