Annual Victorian Tea a step into the past

Each year, the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre (BCM&CC) brings the past to the present for the Christmas season.

The annual Victorian Tea, that features decadent sweets and a wide variety of teas served by Victorian ‘maids’ in delicate china teacups is a step back in time.

(L-R) Maids Kim Fulton, Muriel Shular, Emily Laur, Brenda Vanderploeg and Sharon Tocher                                                                                      (with Robert Redford ) This year’s Tea also featured a ‘trivia’ contest where visitors were tested on their knowledge of all things Victorian such as musical selections and inventors.
