Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and, for many, it’s a time to attend a church service of choice.
Some non-church parents will bring their children to a service to learn about the ancient ritual of Christian Christmas with its themes of love and giving. With young people no longer finding the creche story (the story of the manger birth) presented in most schools, it’s also a chance to participate as a family in a Christmas tradition.
Southampton United Church is presenting a special ‘family service’ tomorrow, at 4:00 p.m. This promises to be a fun service filled with kid-interest activities.
Everyone is welcome to join in the fun and learning.
