Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre hosting the Marine Heritage Festival Launch

The Bruce County & Museum is hosting the launch of the Marine Heritage Festival on Friday, July 25th – the kick-off to three days of free family Festival fun in Southampton.

To begin the weekend, savour a delicious BBQ dinner on the Museum’s licensed terrace, hosted by the Saugeen Shores Rotary Club.

The famous BBQ features fresh-picked corn on the cob, hamburgers, sausages, and more, available for purchase by cash, debit, or credit, with proceeds supporting Rotary community projects. A bar with drinks for purchase will also be available.

This summer, the social Festival Launch also includes Opening Remarks at 6:30 p.m. with dignitaries, followed by the melodic strings and soothing voice of John Stewart into the evening, all with Free festival admission.

Free car parking in the surrounding area and a self-lock bike station onsite. Enter through the Museum front entrance. Combine your visit with the free exhibits (above) and other activities for a full evening of food and fun.
