To the Editor:
I would like to congratulate the Town of South Bruce on its recent 51.2 % approval for the proposed DGR (deep geologic repository) for nuclear waste.
There are also additional steps, including obtaining appropriate First Nations approvals.
However, beyond the added jobs and economic stimulus, this storage would complete the soundness of nuclear for fighting climate change.
