After 19 years in the same familiar location on Goderich Street in Port Elgin, Dot Net Computers has moved to a new location.
Ken and Sara Dolbeck decided that they needed more space because, in addition to computer repair services, they also offer full-cycle bookkeeping services.
“Our mission,” say the Dolbecks, “Is to provide our clients with state of the art technological equipment and expertise backed up with dependable, affordable service in an environment of honesty and confidentiality to ensure that our clients are fully productive and efficient as quickly as possible.”
“We have a team of three bookkeepers and two technicians to meet the needs of our clients and customers,” says Sara Dolbeck, “and we felt that it was time to move into a larger space.”
Dot Net also carries, or can access, computer accessories and printer requirements such as printers, desktops, notebooks, servers, software, licensing, accessories, ink, toner, switches, and monitors.
Although they have only been in the new location for one week, the Dolbecks have already put their stamp on the location with completely renovated offices, work space and storage.
A large office complete with sitting area provides clients with a space where they can meet with one of the bookkeeping team members to discuss their financial situation in complete confidence.
With a reputation for attention to detail, Ken Dolbeck provides complete computer repair services in-store for residential customers and, often on-site for business clients.
In addition, Dot Net Computers provides full-service Web design, Web hosting and E-mail services along with ever important virus removal, Malware removal and software installation.
