The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre (BCM&CC) is thrilled to welcome back Music on the Bruce for its Summer Symphony event on Saturday, August 10, to be held in the Museum’s Bruce Power Theatre at 2:00 PM.
The BCM&CC’s Summer Symphony marks the kickoff of Music on the Bruce’s 2024 concert series. This event will showcase the world-class talent of New York City Ballet violinist Sarah Pratt-Parsamian, Stratford Symphony violinist and concertmaster Allene Chomyn, Toronto Symphony principal Violist Remi Pelltier, and Symphony Nova Scotia principal Cellist Rachel Desoer.
Immerse yourself in the beauty, tradition and rich history of classical music through the quartet’s performances of old masters Mozart and Brahms.

Music on the Bruce was founded by Listowel native Sarah Pratt-Parmasian in 2021 as a festival of classical concerts and workshops across Bruce County. Comprising of professional musicians from world-class orchestras and chamber ensembles across North America, Music on the Bruce features indoor and outdoor concerts, open rehearsals, children’s events, local Bruce collaborations, and more.
