For more than 30 years, Harrigan’s 100 Mile Food Market in Southampton has not only supported local residents’ grocery needs but has also supported local suppliers by buying locally as much as possible.
Mary Ellen Harrigan, says that they are now offering free afternoon delivery during this time of self-isolation. “Customers can call ahead for an order to be filled and we will deliver orders over $20.” She adds that they still carry delicious baked goods, fresh produce, dairy and meat.
When it comes to Deli, Harrigans is ‘famous’ for their deli sandwiches piled high with meat on tasty fresh buns. “We recently had a local business order several deli sandwiches and salads and we were happy to deliver them.”
“If someone wants to order something special, such as an assorted tray of meats and
veggies, or a lasagna and salad and arranges to pick it up, we will try our best to accommodate,” says Mary Ellen.
Harrigan’s also provides the local need for Meals on Wheels that are delivered by volunteers.
