On November 3, 2024, at 9:21 p.m., Grey Bruce OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on French Bay Road, Saugeen First Nation.
A 35-year-old male of Saugeen First Nation was charged with:
· Operation while Impaired – alcohol and drugs
· Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton on November 20, 2024.
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
